Approvals take 2–5 minutes. Once the activation fee is confirmed via M-Pesa, funds are disbursed instantly.
What is the activation fee?+
A constant one-time fee of KSh 100. It covers credit checks and M-Pesa processing. Non-refundable once paid.
What if I miss a repayment?+
A 2% per day penalty applies on overdue amounts. Continued default results in CRB listing and affects your credit score.
How do I increase my loan limit?+
Your limit increases automatically with every on-time repayment. Contact support after 3 repaid loans for a manual review.
How do I repay my loan?+
